for the 2011 board. I never introduced myself and just started posting. I thought this would be good so that everyone can get to know each other

Hi, I'm Cynthia and my FH is Joe. I'm 28 and Joe is 25. We met 3 1/2 years ago through a mutual friend and got engaged this past September. I work as a Operations Supervisor for a financial firm and Joe owns his own contracting company. We both live in Queens but getting married in LI. We are getting married in October of 2011 and I can not wait.

This site has been nothing but AMAZING!!!! Can't wait to meet everyone one day

Well ladies... I am very happy to meet all of you!!! and the 2011 board is definitely very AWESOME. Lets have fun planning our beautiful weddings and meeting new firends

I've been posting for awhile, but I would like to formally say that us 2011 brides are the best, and I loook forward to sharing the crazy ride we call planning a wedding. My name is Agnes and my FH is Shawn. We are both 27, and met over 8 years ago as sophomore at St. Francis College in Brooklyn. I knew him as the weird kid with a staring problem lol. Officially we met in an AOL chat room, where his sn started with SFC and I asked him what it stood for. He said St Francis College, we began talking and I realized ihe was the weird kid with the staring problem! lol..small world. We learned we had a mutual friend, started haning out, and he grew on me big time. We were each others rebound! We currently both live in Queens, me in Astoria, and him in Glendale, although after the wedding we'll be house shopping in Nassau. He is a NYC firefighter and I am a school psychologist working in Nassau.
