FH and I went to a wedding at Bridgeview this past summer and loved it!!!!! And FH went to a wedding at CBC like 5 years ago and said it was a great time! Haven't really heard too much about Land's End

Ive never been to BYC for a wedding so no comment on that. I have been to CBC and wasn't really a fan. Lands End is awesome though!

that's not true at all... i was married there while it was open
honestly you can't hear it or see it. you can't hear the music over your own, and even after our wedding was over and the music was off i couldn't hear the club.
they also put up a wall thing on the deck outside to separate the byc deck from the club deck so you can't see anyone that's at the club. you may be able to hear people form the club talking if you're standing right up on the wall on the deck but that's not any different to me then being at a rh with more than one wedding going on at a time and seeing other peoples' guests in the bathroom or outside smoking.
the club being there has absolutely no impact on bridgeview.
