Top 3 Choices... so far

I still have 2 halls to see before decision time.

But so far these are my top 3
(not in any order)

Chateau La Mer
Douglaston Manor
Fox Hollow

I have The Sands Thursday & The Riviera Sunday, then that's a wrap folks! I will have officially seen 20 halls by Sunday.

I give you so muh credit! I looked at six and was done. I hate having too many options...I start to make myself crazy when it comes to decision time! : )

i was ready to kill myself after 4 lol. l live in NJ and the less trips i made to long island the better.

How was Douglaston Manor?? i had it on my list to see but i never made it there lol.

How was Douglaston Manor?? i had it on my list to see but i never made it there lol.

It's very nice. Especially since I don't have a large wedding. I think I will have between 100-120 guest at most. I only saw the smaller rooms, I didn't see the big one cause it just didn't make sense to see something I can't have.

But I like their package. They have a bridal show case 9/24 at 7pm all their vendors will be there, food tasting, etc... I'm going to go to that with a friend of mine.

Food tasting will definately help in the weight of the decision making since I have tried CLM and will be trying Douglaston.... Fox Hollow I havent yet since they don't do that unless I eat in their resturant, but I might go try.

The Fox Hollow will be hosting a showcase on October 1 through the Perfect Wedding Planner service they have. It may be an opportunity to try some of the food, not all of it, but some passed dishes and see it in action

Is it for Fox Hollow brides only? I know at Westbury Manor their show cases are for WM brides only. Since they are the same owners just wondering...
But I am going to Fox on Friday night, I'll ask Ken when I meet with him.

I think its open to anyone. You can check the perfect wedding planner website and htere should be a number to call to find out and RSVP for it
