I agree with Xelindrya about aches and pains and going to the doctor if they continue for a few days.
That's how I found out that I had crohn's disease and (sorry if this is TMI) an abcess on my intestine wall (symptom of crohns).
I was feeling lethargic and bloated for about 4 days. I went to the doctor and knowing I had been originally diagnosed with colitis years ago, sent me to the ER.
If I didn't go to the doctor I could have become much worse much sooner. As it was I was in the hospital for 11 days from that one incident.
