Maybe the person meant it as a joke (that just wasn't funny.) I mean, can people really be that dumb. I am starting to loose all faith. I need to hold on to some sort of hope.

how can you say you are coming but if it snows you wont. this is a wedding, not keg night at the local watering hole.

UH!!! I would tell this person, ya know what dont bother coming.

some people just dont understand

my friend got married 4 days after 9/11 and I told my friend I would walk over the George Washington bridge for her wedding.

If i was willing to walk over the bridge to see my friend get married, then i think no matter what everyone should be able to go to someone's wedding if they are invited.
