I hope its not from the brand HAIER. My dad got us that as an engagement gift and they also bought themselves one. After about 1 month of use the top chamber stopped cooling and was HEATING the wine. Then same thing happened to ours! They sent my dad a new one and it STILL didn't work. So so far thats 3 we've gotten that are broken. I'm still waiting for the replacement on mine!

YEAHHHHHHHHHHH
We have one...got it kinda out of necessity...day after engagement we used a gift certificate that my mom had won for a free tasting and tour at Pindar. Well, we joined the wine club and needed a place to store all that wine!! LOL
FH had a glass shelf built so I am happy to report that it stores soda and beer as well.

Oh thank god, we are ripping our hair out over here with ours. I had to cut the plug in half and mail it in because they didn't even put the serial number on the damm thing!
