...I am attempting to quit smoking, again!!!!! The $11 a pack or whatever is just totally not in the budget, and with a wedding to save, i just cant afford it. Plus you know, all the health problems and all LOL.
I have the nicorette inhaler, which my dad used (smoke free for over 4 years), so my fingers are crossed.
Why do they have to be so expensive!!!!!

I just quit on Tuesday. I have 3 different types of gum, a reusable water glass with a straw that keeps getting refilled - oh and I have another NW as my sponsor - I can text her if I'm ever getting the urge.
Good luck and just try to keep your mind occupied. The urge passes quickly as long as you don't give in. The easiest thing to do is give in!!! Fight the urge!

Check out NYS Smokers Quit Line . I believe you can get free gum, patches and most importantly, support.

Thanks guys! I've only been awake since 3pm, so its been 2 hours so far LOL. I've tried to quit in the past, and chantex worked the best....minus the depression side effects...i'm just hoping that i can do it.

You can do it!!! You will feel so much better!!! Friends of mine had a lot of luck with the e-cigarette, I don't know if that's an option for you, but something to think about! Good luck!!!

Seriously FM meif you need support, need to talk or are just frustrated I know exactly how hard it is! but I promise it does get easier.
I used nicorette and I have been cig free for almost 5 months now!
