my mom got her dress off the rack there, but needs to go back for alterations and for replacement of a button. however, i've heard that the alterations dept is awful. does anyone have experience w. them?

yup... same situation. off the rack just needed a few areas of beading fixed. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

No no no, we had an almost horrible experience with the alterations department. My mom was still not 100% happy the day of. I definitely recommend you go somewhere else for alterations.

My mom went elsewhere for her alterations. Christine told me not to go there for alterations, so I didn't want to risk it.
