My fiance and I are debating back and forth over which hall we should go with, The North Ritz Club or East Wind. Both places gave us amazing deals, the menus are terrific, and the service was great. NRC is very close to both our families, making it easier for them to get to on a friday night. East Wind is about an hour away from everyone. They have accomodations, but I dont want to put that extra financial burden on anyone either. Ahhhhhhhh I don't know what to do. We are going back to both places so our parents can help out with the deciding. Any ideas??

Re: Tough decision...
I have never been to the other place - but we went to a wedding at the North Ritz in April.
It was gorgeous, the food was great and the service was really great....better than other weddings I have been to.
It's up to you, but it might be best to go to the place that is most convenient for you and your guests.

The North Ritz club was great...went to a wedding there.
When I had a tough time deciding, I just went back to the places a few times & the decision was clear....

Re: Tough decision...
I have never been to the NRC, but I saw it online and it was beautiful. I wanted to check it out for my wedding, but I don't have the number of guests they required. I did attend a wedding at East Wind and it was very nice. They have a nice cocktail hour and the food is good. The grounds are beautifully manicured, as I am sure you saw. But it is a ride east and the rooms at the Inn are not cheap.

We almost booked my wedding there that is how much we liked the place!! I have never been to East Wind, so I can only speak of what it's like there!!

I saw NRC. I went to a tasting after i booked my RH bc a few of the doctors i work with reccommended it. It's only a block away from where i work which was a huge turn off for me lol but to anyone else i think it would be great :)

I'm a NRC bride, and would be happy to answer any questions you might have. Feel free to FM me!
We had trouble making our final decision too, and brought our parents along to see both place. They were very helpful in pointing out things that we might not have noticed on our own, bringing a different perspective to the situation.
NRC was the clear favorite among our parents.

My fiance's sister got married at the North Ritz this past May. We had the most amazing time. The service was top notch. The food was amazing as well. The grounds are beautiful. Highly recommend!

I've been to weddings at both places. We were so impressed with the wedding at the NRC we booked ours there. Everything was top notch...service, food, drinks, etc.
East Winds was really nice as well. The food was okay but the service was good. The accommodations at the hotel were really nice, although it was a little expensive.
My vote is NRC.

Re: Tough decision...
IMO I would go with the one closest to your house so it is more convienent for your guest, the accomadations at East Wind are very pricey...and if both are offering the same thing I think that North Ritz is more reasonable.

I would probably go with NRC, because of logistics, see what the parents say!
