Toy Male Poodles age 2- who just started pee pee on the walls

I am in the process of decorating the house and we are painting. Lately, the 2 dogs have been going in different area's marking there territory, on the walls. Why all of a sudden is this happening? There are alot of construction workers in the house and outside of the house

Are they neutered?
Maybe they felt like the house smelled like them before and now with all the fresh paint, they feel the need to make it their own.

If it continues, there are things called belly bands for male dogs who mark their territory.

i htought you have a female beagle
