Not sure if it is coincidence but the last time (about a month ago) I started it about 3 days later I got really sick. It was like a stomach virus. I'm not sure if it was a virus or all the pills. And, because I'm an idiot I started it again today.....hmm.....
Anyone have any experience with it?

If you want a cleanse just drink prune juice and hot water behind it.

OH, I'm in psycho mode right now because we are having a biggest loser contest and I'm really behind but if I lose 16 pounds in the next month I have a chance of winning. LOL I guess I'm trying anything.

That sounds good. Does it really work? And how much prune juice would you actually have to drink?
