'Traditional ' FIL have not offered to pay or help

I've been a site member for a while now. I have never really complained about my FILs THey are who they are Whatever. My FH constantly tells me how traditional they are BLAH BLAH BLAH. MY very nice FSIL offered to pay for the Favors. Which she did not have to do. My dad gave us a couple thousand and My mom The best MOM and GRANDMA Helps me every single weekend with the fittings Vendors etc.. I must have been blinded by exitement but. 42 days b4 my wedding they have yet to offer a thing. Maybe because FH was married b4 but he was married at 20 years old for like one year at city hall with no reception etc.. I know that alot of your Fh's have been married b4 and so have many of you. What is this about. Fh seems unharmed or unaware. I do have a feeling that he is a little embarrassed though. My family is helping quite a bit. He himself is paying for half of the wedding.
