Which matches the color of your skin more closely? I had my trial done the day of my e-pics. I went with traditional and she used a porcelian colore foundation. I'm pretty fair, though I have olive undertones. Anyway, I have a problem with most foundations changing color on my face after a while and turning darker. When I got my epics back, I noticed how tan I look. My skin is not that color at all in person. I'm not sure if it was the makeup or maybe the photograper made the pics darker or airbrushed them or something. Should I switch to airbrush or mention something to her about the foundation photographing dark when I see her in a few weeks for my hair trial?

Re: Traditional VS Airbrush
its worth doing a trial with airbrush...i have fair skin and i was concerned about airbrush but it looks great on, i would definitely recommend it.

i'd mention it to her! i didn't like the airbrush trial i had -- i thought it felt heavy (even tho it was supposed to be lighter) and it made me look like i have a ton of wrinkles and lines even though i don't. jmo tho

Re: Traditional VS Airbrush
i personally dont like airbrush. ive had a HORRIBLE experience twice with it. the other time was great...
oksana uses traditional and she really gets close to ur skin..
i guess it depends on make up artist

Re: Traditional VS Airbrush
i had both, I loved airbrush - it worked better on my complexion..but agree it depends on your skin type and who applies it..I had 1 trial where the makeup girl used way too much airbrush and made me look as dark as IMAN!

Re: Traditional VS Airbrush
I have had both done. It depends on your skin and the time of the year. I personally prefer airbrush during the summer months and traditional in the winter. Airbrush is drying so in the winter not so good but in the summer you stay shine free. As far color matching my makeup artist for traditional and airbrush matches to my skin color very well.
