I think it's up to you to determine how important or not important this is. Personally, I don't want to see him before but there is nothing wrong with it. In fact I agree that it is a big time saver.

I think we will be doing pictures before. You can still have the surprise and special moment the first time he sees you and it can be a private time.

FH is going to see me when i walk down the aisle...its like in 27 dresses, i want everyone to see the look on his face.

We are seeing one another before the ceremony to take the pics. I just want to enjoy my whole wedding and not be off somewhere taking pics the whole time so we really just want to get them done before hand. And I don't believe that it is bad luck.....

I personally would want FH to see me walking down the aisle first, but I still think that even if you take pictures beforehand there will still be something special with him seeing you walk down the aisle. It's the setting and the mood and the fact that wow this is it.

I wanted to wait for him to see me walk down the aisle but it works out better for us to take pics before the ceremony. We will still set up a surprise 'revealing' and capture his look with pictures. We are getting married at our RH and there is no time between the ceremony and CH/reception. We want to be a part of our CH and not have to waste time running around taking pics. We also want to take our pics at Planting Fields and that would definately take too much time if we wait until after the ceremony.

I think it's a matter of preference... I don't want to take pictures before the ceremony because I want FH to see me for the first time when I come down the aisle. I believe that it is more romantic!

fh and i will not see each other before the wedding. we're leaving enough time between the ceremony and CH so that we can be there on time! i feel like the first time we see each other will be one of the most special times in our lives, and i want to see his reaction. i (not so secretly) hope that he cries... he never cries, but i want him to!

We are taking pics before the ceremony. I really dont want to miss the CH and since we are getting married at 11:30 we really dont have alot of time after. I still think you will get the surprise factor cause you can ask the photog to capture that moment he first sees you.
