Our ceremony is going to be at a greek church, so will be having crowns, and we get to walk around the table.
I'll also been researching some other fun things I could do. Some random irish or scottish traditions that could be fun!

since i'm filipino, we're going to throw in parts of the filipino traditions into the ceremony such as the cord, veil, coin, etc. Also, I've jokingly suggested to FH to wear the tradtional filipino shirt called Barong and he's actually considered it and i told him that i was joking around b/c i know how silly he'll look. we r putting some italian an hindu facts about the ceremony into the programs and rev deb will mention them as well. We will be tying our hands together as a part of the hindu religion and FH is carryig a peice of iron in his pocket for Italian tradition, We also will be dancing to the tarantella for me and dancing to tassa drummers for him.

Both my FH and I are Polish. So at the reception we are incorporating a polish tradition of bread, wine and salt. I forget exactly what they all stand for but I think its you take the bitter with the sweet and things. My cousin did it at hers so I definitely wanted to do it.

FMIL calls it the Jewish dance and cant wait to do it. lol

oh and we're both learning salsa so we'll have a bunch of latin music and we may incorporate it into our 1st dance.
