For anyone who is having the ceremony at the same place as your reception, how are you doing transportation? Where are you getting ready? Where is the groom getting ready? We are trying to figure out logistics...like where we need the limos to be and when

I am working on this now- since we are all in the same area- we are using one limo to take me- then to go back and pick him up

My FH is getting ready at the hotel where we will be staying after the wedding. My and my girls are getting ready at my sister's house. Then the transportation is picking up the guys first and then the girls and then we are going to take pics before the ceremony. HTH

My ceremony & reception are at the same place. We are both going to get ready at the site. I have the bridal suite for the entire day, so I'll get ready there and he'll get ready probably in his parent's room....since all he has to do is put the tux on.

i haven't quite figured out details, but it will be one of these options:
1. girls & i have one or two of the groomsmen drop us off at location and we get ready there. the guys will get ready at hotel and take taxi/car service to location.
2. girls & i get hair/make-up done at salon, finish getting ready at hotel, call best man to make sure all wedding guests/groom/groomsmen are locked in their rooms so they don't see me/girls and we take taxi/car service to location. taxi/car service brings guys to location.
3. girls & i get hair/make-up done at salon. catch ride with groomsmen or taxi/car service to lcoation and finish getting ready there. guys get ready at hotel and take taxi/car service to location.
i thin kthis is going to be the most complex part of the planning.
