Transportation for family

What's everybody doing for the 'clan' after the wedding?

My sister reminded me that at her wedding people were stuck without cars and getting home became an issue because they had only booked a car for themselves to take them to the airport.

And for my brother's wedding, we piled into one of the bm's bf's car to take us to my sister-in-law's house so we could pick up our cars.

I don't have anything planned because most people that are from out of town are staying with relatives.

they will leave there cars at my moms and my mom will drive them home from the RH the rents are leaving there cars at the church and then going from there with there cars.

I hope to have a shuttle bus that can take anyone that needs it from the RH to the hotel.

My brothers will be driving some cars up to the RH the morning of, so that everyone has a ride home that night

I was wondering the same thing! I was thinking about having all of the girls meet at the hotel to get ready that way it will be a one stop drop off for everyone.I want to have them droped off but my parents are insisting that it is not our problem and that they will have to find a way to get home...I think its totally inconciderate so im thinking that hopefully I will be able to block off enough rooms at the hotel to get a shuttle and then they can take the shuttle back ti their cars.

Do you know if the limo company provides that kind of service or do you have to go to a totally different company? I am hoping to do this to if its not too expensive.

we plan on using a bus from the limo company.. its not a party bus, but its not like a van. were doing it because it turned out to be really cheap.. the price is based on a 'point a to point b' basis.. basically your paying based on how many miles it is between the hall and where you want everyone to go. everyone is planning on crashing at my parents house after the wedding so thats going to solve that dilemna

I must tell you that my FH calls my family 'CLAN' and I started laughing when I read this...I've never heard anyone else using that word before....THANKS FOR THE LAUGH!

My parents rented a big coach bus to take everyone from the church to the hall and back for my sister's wedding because my grandma is handicapped and they needed it for her so they're going to do it again for us this time.
