Transportation for out of town guests to reception

I am wondering if I should be providing a shuttle service for my out of town guests from the hotel to reception. The hotel is in Ronkonkoma and the reception is in Centerport. Can anyone recommend an affordable shuttle service. Thanks a bunch. I love this site.

I called Regal Limos yesterday (vendor on here) just to get a feel for pricing. I am going to be providing transportation from the hotel to reception and he gave me a quote of $795 just for the pick up/drop off.

I dont even know if thats a reasonable quote since I just called to get a feel

try hampton jitney...i think they do most of suffolk

I would like to keep it under $800. I am not looking for a limo just a shuttle service, I am thinking a shuttle service would be less expensive. I will look into Hampton Jitney. Thank you. Any other suggestions?

I booked a shuttle to bring my guests from my hotel to my hall and return them to the hotel, 11 passengers and I was quoted 70$ for 10 mile round trip.

it's a steal!

hey.. i'm getting married at the thatched cottage too. what hotel are you using??

i haven't booked yet but i know that the holiday inn that the thatched cottage recommends provides a shuttle for free if you book a certain number of hotel rooms.
