transportation issue- question?

transportation issue- question?

ok so we have been trying to figure out how we will get the bridal party from the hotel to the RH (we are getting hair and makeup done at hotel but dressed at RH and then doing all the pics)

I dont think its necessary to rent a limo just to pick us up and drop us off at the RH....but we also dont have ppl to drive us bc our family will need to come to the RH for pictures (we are taking them before the ceremony)

sooo....we were calling around pricing 60 passenger coach buses for our OOT guests....FH thinks we should rent the bus longer so the bus can bring the bridal party to the RH. It works out cheaper than getting a separate limo or van....

But...is that totally ridiculous to have the 60-person bus pick up 9 girls and take them on a 10-15 minute ride?

should we just spend the extra money for the limo/van?

if you already have it for the day, i dont think its ridiculous at all. Why put yourself in extra expense?

do you have the coach bus for the day, or would you be paying for the extra time?

I bet you could get a deal on 'pick up/drop off service' for a limo or a limobus.

we are def booking the bus from 5 pm - 1am but if we do it from 2 pm -1 it would be a couple hundred extra

but so far thats cheaper than what we were quoted for a limo or a 14-passenger van on top of that

Hmmm - I mean, I'd def go w/ what's cheaper, but I feel like I've seen like $200 deals with pickup/drop off???

Is it really cheaper to do the coach bus than the vans? What about like Dial 7s or something like that?

what if you just called 2 nice cabs... like town cars.... that would be less $$ probably!
