Transportation Stress

Hi Ladies,
Even though we are not getting married until 2012 Im still freaking out about transportation since we are out of state!!

Most of our guests are going to be out of town, some coming from the city without cars. The hotel that we are doing a block of rooms is 20-25 mins away.

We would need transportation from the hotel to church then reception which is 5 mins away from church then back to the hotel.
Do the bride and groom come to church together or would we need separate cars too?

What seems the most cost efficient to do?!

Let me add this is from Riverhead/East End to Westhampton (reception and church are in same town) then back to Riverhead.

I would start calling Limo places now and explain what you want and see what they give you for a price-- they do it for a living they know what type of cars/limos will meet your needs and also are good with timing... PLUS if you book early you could get a great deal

what about getting transportation through the hotel you blocked at?

Don't panic! Call up some limo companies (Def try Camelot!) and see what they have to offer. DH & I rode to the Church separately because we did not want to see each other before. However, since the Church sounds close by, you could have one car shuttle back and forth.
