TranStar?

Anyone use TranStar for their limos or OOT guest Shuttles? Good? Bad? Middle of the line?

I tried contacting 10 differnt companies and they were one of three that got back to me.

Kelly-- That is who we are using....Ask for Katie and tell her we sent you :) She was great when we went to visit with them, plus they gave us a great price!!!

a have mixed feedback. nothing NEGATIVE, just more of a caution statement to make sure that you figure out the details ,.........

so price was great. but be sure to thoroughly go over timeline with them. there was a miscommunication (i guess) since i didnt realize that a shuttle bus could NOT go on the highway....so the commute between teh hotel and reception took A LOT LONGER than ever anticipated b/c they had to take local roads. i just wish i knew this in advance. a large number of guests missed the majority of cocktail hour b/c of this

also if you are looking at limos, depending on when you are getting married, confirm that the AC is working.....a friend had them for the HOTTEST day last summer and we were all wilting in the limo.

but, as long as you confirm things in advance and figure out the timing PRECISELY, i think they are a good company. and definitely the BEST price. customer service is good too!!

Is this because of the weird rules they have in NY about certain types of vehicles not being on some of the highways? (I'm from florida and we don't have restrictions like that).
