Check out this website. It has beautiful pictures of brides but in situations that aren't exactly conducive to keeping the gown white....but the pictures are beautiful!
FH and I are seriously considering doing a day after shoot with our horses!

Re: 'Trash the dress' Photos
I REALLY want to do some photos like this. I think it would be so different and I think the photos would be AMAZING...
but I think FH wouldn't...he wants to sell my dress after the wedding!

Re: 'Trash the dress' Photos
I would love to do something like this, but I would have such a hard time ruining a dress I spent that much for.

Seriously...what else are you going to do with the dress???? It's not like you are ripping the dress apart....just getting it a little wet.
I really think this is a much better way to give your dress a 'one last showing' then let it hang in your closest.
Think about how fun it would be!

I wouldn't be able to do it. What i do plan on doing, though, is going to my seamstress, and having her chop off the train of the dress and whatever else is needed, and have turn it into a Christening outfit that we can use for our children (when we have them).

That's a wonderful idea. It will be so special!

We think so. Now, all I have to do is find a dress!
