ok so i have been talking to a travel agent who said she was gonna put together a package and get me a quote...
well she just emailed me that she has a quote put together but needs my 'fiance's name as it appears on the valid US government issued photo ID'
im confused...why does she need this just to give a quote?
is this normal? or sketchy?

are you thinkin of doing a cruise? i know they need this, because then they can 'hold' that rate for a bit until you decide.

they want the info to hold the air or the cruise. they can hold air for 24 hours at a certain price but they need real names to do it. they cant change the name once they hold it or they can lose the air. cruises they can change the name ussually they just tba it.
