Does anyone know anything about travel insurance for HM? Have you purchased? and who are you using? Everyone keeps telling me it is overpriced if you purchase through your travel agent.

IMO, I have never been charged a lot of money when I purchased it from the Travel Agent. It is usually a couple hundred at most.
Don't know where you can get it on it's own though

I've never been over charged either. For trip worth about $6000 the travel insurance should be like $200-300....but I highly recommed getting it....if god forbid you have to cancel, get sick or something w/out it you are screwed. It will also cover bad weather.

Whatever you do GET TRAVEL INSURANCE I pd $169.00 each..... and it protects you heavens forbid you have to cancel for some unforseen reason you will be refunded.... except for the travel ins you purchased...... get it.... it is better to be safe than sorry

I got travel insurance through my TA and it cost amlost $200.. The amount of money we are spending on the HM that is nothing

I think ours was $150 pp? Around there dont rem the exact price. It wasnt bad at all though
