Tri County is on Hempstead Tpke in Levittown. I don't know the name of the person my FH got the ring from, but I can ask.

My magnificent engagement ring and our beautiful wedding bands came from Gold Heart Jewelers - that's the first booth you see when you reach the top of the escalator (while booth with gold lettering).
We deal with Fran, the owner.
(I believe they also have a store in Queens.)
My fiance has been buying jewelry from Gold Heart for the past 15 years.

We got ours from there too - We went to Romantic Jewelers and dealt with the owner I forgot the guys name - and we had help from Fran there as well -
