Trial run of Tollhouse Cookie Pie is in the oven! **UPDATED WITH PICS!
My SIL and I are obsessed with this Tollhouse Cookie Pie that we get as dessert in this restaurant in Rye, NY. I told her I will eventually try and recreate it's utter perfection. Well I've decided to make it for Christmas Eve but want to do a test run beforehand. Let you girls know how it turns out!
EDIT: Here are the pictures and it's sooooooooooo good! Although I only was able to eat half of a half of a slice (the recipe thankful came with nutrional info and my half of a half is frigin 8 points!!!!). So worth it though!
Ready to go into the oven.....
All done and cooling down a little....
Yummy crust...
A peek inside...
Heaven on a Plate!

I can tell you one thing.. I licked the spoon after putting the batter into the pie crust and if this is any indication of how it's going to turn out I am SOLD!

well I am actually going to be good and only try a sliver to make sure it's good. I told FH he can have one piece and then I am bringing the rest into work tomorrow for people to have (and it's actually our office tree decorating party tomorrow so it would be nice to have a little treat )

LOL FH already 1/4 of the entire pie... I told him I would save the other 1/4 for him, but the rest HAS to go to work with me tomorrow because I promised my friends I would bring it in
