Has anyone used trim spa for more then 3 months ??/Please tell me about your expierence with this product Thanks ~N

I used trim Spa before.....it takes a while before it starts to work....at first it made me kind of nauseous but then i kept it up and i started tolose weight after about 2 1/2 weeks of using it....
wow thats good to hear ... May i ask if you used it longer then 3 months and how many pounds you lost??? although it doesnt look like you need it at at all...AND did you use the origenal or the Efreadra (sp) free one? did you take 6 a day or 3 a day?? Thanks

I used Trim Spa for about a month.....then stopped cause I didn''t want to lose too much weight. I used the one WITH ephedra, the ephedra free didnt work for me too well. I usually just use them when I need to lose like 5 extra lbs...BUT...I found that the best way to lose weight, for me, is to cut the carbs out of my diet. No bread, no rice, no potatoes... I don't follow the Atkins strictly, I still eat lots of fruit...but I stick to sugar-free snacks and fat-free as much as possible. It also helped me to do 20 mins on the treadmill or elliptical machine 5 times a week. I used to be a size 14 and I have maintained a size 5 for the last 4 yrs this way. And when I start to eat bad and gain a few lbs, I know it's bad-- but I use Stacker 2 WITH ephedra, 1 time a day to help me between lunch and dinner when I have the urge to snack just to get me started back on dieting. I haven't used that in a long time, though....cause I have heard so many bad things...but it is the one that worked the best to supress my apetite, to be honest.

I tried it for 3 months about a year ago, and lost 15 pounds. After that I tried WW, and LOVED that much better. I felt healthier. I think all you have to do is eat in MODERATIONS, and EAT YOUR CARBS, but moderate, and excercise
