It has cocoa extract. I assume there's caffeine in it. Even the GNC owner said not to take it before dinner or I won't be able to sleep.
Has anyone else had problems with it? The ephedra free formula. I'd never buy the one with ephedra (besides it's illegal now)

I ahve taken it, I don't get jittery like I did when I took 1 stacker. But I only take them at breakfast and lunch.

My friend takes it, but he also works out everyday. He lost a little weight but nothing crazy.

guys please be careful with this stuff, there are no regulations what so ever on them, besides cocoa extract there could be cat urine in there too, you never know, too scary imho, at least prescriptions have FDA monitoring.
