LOL its a two week colin cleanse! OMG, it preps you for a diet! Its like a VERY STRONG laxative tea.

UPDATE: my massive headache was NOT the tea... thank goodness. i guess it was just one of those days with a really bad headache.
it was almost a sceen from an old sit-com. my darling fh spilled my tea (not knowing what kind of tea it was) he quickly made me a new cup of tea. so i had a cup of 'regular' tea. it seems that my headache was probably from the stress of getting my diy invites out the door on time.
KDECAMP, thank you so much for your concern. but thank goodness it was a false alarm.
i'm going to give it one more try and i'll check in to let you all know how it goes.

Thank GOD!!! DONT WORK THE DAY AFTER YOU DRINK IT!@!!!!!!!! Drink it like on a friday night before bed, just to make sure you are off the next day! TRUST ME!!!

it's funny you should say that... i was just going to ask.
that did not happen to me.
i drank it mid morning at my desk, and NADA. this morning, while i was on my treadmill i did have a stomach ache and i was a little... ok a lot afraid.
and it ended up being no where near what i was afraid of.

Its like excuse to eat something bad, and then drink the tea to get rid of it, and it sure will!!!!!!!!

tried this stuff last week...I did it for 4 days...it left such an aftertaste (gross)...I normally don't put anything into my tea, but after day 1 I decided to add some splenda, and I still tasted some weird aftertaste....plus, OMG the side effects were wicked! On the plus side, I did loose a few pounds, and it does supress your appetite...but there's gotta be easier ways!
