Anyone have any feedback on this form of diet?

I was taking it here and there. I didn't use it properly however My Best Friend used it and has lost 42 pounds since January. She ahs been doing Trimspa and going to Ladies workout express

My FH and I tried it a few weeks ago and it did nothing for him actually made him more hungry and after taking it for 3 days I got horrible stomach aches everytime I took it.
