Anyone taking it??? I started yesterday after a coworker lost 6 lbs the first week. I know as soon as you go off these types of pills the weight comes right back, but I need something to get started so I figured I would try it.

My Best friend lost 40 pounds with TrimSpa watching what she ate and doing the Gym.

I think WW alone works...I lost 50lbs on WW and then started TrimSpa after I gained a bit back and joined WW with it. Once I stopped the pills I realized I lost the same with or without them. I'd be cautious...
