Trumpet/mermaid style gown?

Anyone wear/wearing a trumpet/mermaid gown?

If so, did you wear a slip? What kind? Where do I buy a slip like this?

Thanks for your help.

I am also, but I'm not wearing a slip. Just wearing something to suck me in.
