Do most bridal shops offer a discount if you order during a trunk show???
I want to order my dress this Saturday, but the shop is having a Maggie Trunk Show in June.
I'm already getting an incredible price on my dress, but I'm wondering if I should wait till the Trunk Show and order it then.

i don't have the answer for you, but i want to add an additional question to yours also, if there is a discount, does it only apply to that designers dresses? or is it off of any dress in the store?

Two stores I have gone to said they do discount all dresses during a trunk show, but you should call the store and ask their policy. One store said it was 20%, another said 10% so it varies

well you can ask the people at the bridal shop, since you've already gotten a price from them on the dress, what the price difference would be if you waited for the trunk show - they should be able to tell you.
Usually, trunk shows range anywhere from 10-15% off the dress.

Nice Maggie has some beautiful gowns and the prices are reasonable as well so happy for you

It's my choice of either $200 off any veil in the store or 10% off my dress. I'm probably gonna go with the 10% unless I absolutely fall in love with a veil in the store. I'm not sure if a veil will make me cry without having the dress on though. (They are special ordering the dress since they don't carry it yet.)
