My Mom was trying it on this past weekend actually, but I've always tried hers on. A few of my closest girlfriends have tried it on too.

No one has ever asked to try it on, but i always offer people to try it on.
I do not think its bad luck, and i like to see how it looks on other peoples fingers

I didn't hear it was bad luck till I let someone try it on, and only because I almost felt bad saying no, I think its so rude for someone to even ask, but can't find it in myself to say that hah ... But no one has asked since so I hope it stays that way!

a few people have told me they would but its bad luck. i didnt know that until my aunt told me it was bad luck.

I never thought it was bad luck, than I let some people try it on...and afterwards I let it soak in jewelry cleaner for like 30 minutes...I guess I got worried their 'energy' would be on my ring lol

i don't think it's bad luck... i never heard that anyway. I always used to try on my mom's ring, so when someone asks i say sure. as long as i KNOW them.
lol I've held other LIW brides rings while we showed eachother but i didnt try hers on because i thought it would be wierd, but not rude or bad luck.

I have never heard that it is bad luck to let people try on your ring, It is just my personal preference that I am more comfortable keeping it on my own finger. I hope I didn't offend anyone with my last post about other people's 'energy.'
