I'm going to take half of a 10 mg tablet to start off. I want to take it the night of my wedding, or else I know I'll be up all night, so the doc gave me this, but told me to try it out first. So, tonight's the night!

I fourth the tylenol PM, I don't see why your DR. didn't sugget you try an over the counter pill first since you will only be using it for one night.

I third Tylenol PM and also NyQuill works really well too
Yeah me too...and if you have a headache this will stop it! AND make you sleep
