December 2nd will be exactly two months til the wedding and Im omstly freaking out money-wise. I start work this Thursday and hopefully the money is good enough to make up for the month I had off. Im still worried Im not gonna have anything done in time. My hair stylist is having her baby any day now so she's gonna be out of commission until closer to the wedding so I cant have a hair trial with her til then. (Even though I know she's gonna do my hair just fine) FH and I still dont have bands. Luckily, FH's step-mother also offered to pay for our favors. That really helped us a lot. Im so worried nothing is gonna be done. Okay freak out over.

I'm so sorry! I have been out of work for 3 months, so I feel your pain! I'm stressed out financially at 7+ months, so I can only imagine how you feel! Just remember that everything always works out!

I feel you with the being out of work... I was for a few months right before we got engaged. Good luck with the new job!
As for the money, don't worry, b/c worst case scenario on the day of the wedding you could always break open a few envelopes to pay vendors with. I've helped a bride sneak open a few envelopes before to pay the dj!

To buy lunch makes me twitch....it's bad.... I don't sleep at night without help because of it....

OMG I would totally do that if I had to. I didnt even think about that LOL. Ill only pray I wont have to though. Thanks for the positivity girls. It makes me feel better. I know things will work out but right now its so hard to feel that way. Maybe if I was making money things would be different but being broke is really taking a toll on me. I dont talk about this with FH or my parents cause if they knew I was freaking theyd freak too and then it would be this whole freaking out chain reaction that I DONT NEED>

I never even wrote out a budget cause if I did I would probably be institutionalized. I just go with the flow.

I am so glad to hear that i am not the only one who wrote out a budget. We are going with the flow too (within reason!)

Mama is there any chance maybe in January after the holidays lets say you can go to her house b/c I know the Dominican lady who does Juan's hair and Juan's Mom and Tia's hair...they always go to her house if she cant come to the salon. I know she just had a baby and all, but maybe she'll take an hour out for you since you guys prob. live near each other. This way you'll feel better you had your trial.

i know it is probably so stressful right now but everything ends up working itself out in the long run try not to get worked up about it your hair is going to look absolutely stunning and as far as the finances go just take it day by day and see how everything goes from there

Everything will work out sweetie..I know thats so much easier to say than to think..but I promise it'll all be ok. Just think about how much you already accomplished up until this point! I bet you didn't think you'd be able to pull off half the things you already did for this wedding!

Don't worry the money will come! You still have time to get all those 'last minute' things done!
Try going shopping for bands this weekend. At least it will give you an idea of what you n FH want and can afford.
