Trying on dresses......

bring shoes.....wear undies that cover your butt b/c you have the lady helping you.....and be prepared to sweat a little....make sure you shave your pits =)

and bring a camera! sometimes you can sneak pics! depends on how on top of you they are!

That really is some great advice! The underwear thing is huge...don't want ur butt uncovered! Oh geez, and when I went the lady gave me these huge ugly shoes to wear. I almost killed myself a few times.

I'm such an idiot! lol yes the girl who helped me was awesome! She suggested the one of the gowns that I'm debating still....Also make sure you call for an appt first... if they are busy they try not to take walk ins....

YAY!!!

The first time I tried on dresses I forgot to wear regular underwear. I felt so uncomfortable in a thong in front of the lady assisting me.

Try on all kinds of different dresses. Things you normally wouldnt go for.

Most importantly....HAVE FUN!

they told you and hour and a half! I was there over 4 hours!!!! but we looked at BM dresses w/ my sister trying different ones on.... I think it took me and hour and half to try ononly maybe 4 dresses!

Try on everything. Even if it is the ugliest thing on a hanger it might look good on.
Don't wear make-up and jewelry except your ring of course.
I got my dress at Adrieene's in West Islip.
