I just got a 'green' juice from a juice store near work and it is GROSS - spinach, parsley, carrots and something else. What is even grosser is that I am still trying to drink it, especially because I paid $4 for it.
Is anyone else out there eating gross 'healthy' things?

Re: Trying to be healthy...
I tried eating a salad for dinner last night just lettuce and lite dressing...I took 2 bites and got out McDonald's Chicken selects and put them on top of the salad. I can't do healthy food!

Now I know why this juice is healthy. By drinking some of it I have totally lost my appetite.

Me!! I put my @ss on the WW diet and today I went to the all natural health store by my job and bought a juice of acai berries (whcih is supposed to increase energy and is a powerful antixodant) and then I bought a detox tea and green tea.. I dont drink tea at all, so lets see how this goes

ugh those juices are so nasty....the good ones are the expensive ones by bolthouse farms or the odwalla juices.
I like the berry blast and superfood ones. soo good.

also luna bars (made for women) are good breakfast bars. totally holds off your appetite. i prefer the smores or the pb one except dont buy the pb one now bc its recalled due to the salmonella outbreak

I eat unfrosted mini-wheats. Talk about eating cardboard! But I mix them with frosted so I don't totally ruin my morning.

This morning I choked down a bowl of Fiber One cereal. Only a sliced banana made it manageable.
