Hey all, I'm trying to find a affordable gym with evening classes. I looked in Energy, Bally's, NYSC, Golds, and they all seem a little too expensive. I don't wany a Curves thing. I live in Smithtown. Thanks kerry

Re: Trying to find a GYM
I go to Hauppauge sports club, they don't have that much in selection of classes, but they do have evening classes on weekdays. I really liked fitness incentive in babylon, they had LOTS and LOTs of classes if you don't mind going there.

Re: Trying to find a GYM
My friend joined Suffolk Community College's gym program - she is not a student, but they have this thing where you pay $250 for the yr... they have a great pool too! I went to my cousin's swim meet there once.
By the way, this is for the Brentwood Campus.

Re: Trying to find a GYM
I am with you on this one! Gyms have been getting rediculous lately. I would try Hauppauge Sports Club...I actually used to work there (a long, long time ago). BTW: If you do odd jobs for some gyms (such as put weights away), they may actually waive membership dues. How much was Bally's?

Re: Trying to find a GYM
I joined Lucielle Roberts in October and paid $299 for a 2-yr contract I think. I just go for the classes and I think they're pretty good.
