Hey i know this is a little off topic, but I'm trying to grow my hair, I've had my hair very short for a while but i want to start growing it. It has grown but i want to know if anyone knows of anything that would help me to grow my hair a little bit faster?

i know GNC has some supplements you can take...(unsure if they work) also, getting it trimmed every 6-8 works as well!

I just started using pantene pro V Beautiful lenghts shampoo, so far i really like it.

Biotin is supposed to work very well and pre natal vitamins.

I had a really bad hari experince where I had to cut my really long hair short. I started taking the Hair and Nails pills from GNC and they worked. I was also taking a biotin pill that i got from target. The combination worked wonders

Be very careful with pantene, my hairstylist said that the new formula makes some people's hair fall out!!!!
