trying to help my parents

they have their house on the market and got 5 offers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are shocked
anyway they would like to downsize and look for a condo or something in a complex that is really nice!!!! they are willing to spend a decent amount does anyone know of any nice complexes in nassau ??? thanks

they are building new ones on the bay in Long beach- they will all have their own dock! They look really nice too- Ive seen the website.

i think this is a retirement community- do they want something lke that?

i think they want to rent until things pan out with job stuff.... my dad works for bear stearns

they just want to be in a GOOD community

They are owned by Fairfield properties.. the website doesn't show the complex tough.
