Tuesday
I've had an awful cold since Friday... now it seems to be moving into my chest, I've had recurring respiratory infections over the past year (when I had never gotten one in my life before that) so I am hoping this isn't another one coming.. yuck! I just want to go home and curl up in bed, but I can't..... lots of work, cleaning, and packing to do because we are traveling for the holiday! I was sick with the same thing last Thanksgiving too!
On a good note, last weekend, FH totally surprised me with a weekend trip to Niagara Falls- we both had never been! Our first time in Canada too! We stayed in a gorgeous hotel room and we had an AMAZING dinner at The Keg restaurant in Embassy Suites (don't let the name fool you, it was one of the the best meals of my life and very fancy!) overlooking the falls which were lit up at night. We also hit the Ripley's Believe it or Not museum, which was fun. He's great with the romantic surprises!
Oh, and to top it off, we hit the casino and he won $200 on the blackjack table! Paid for our dinner! :)
