Tulip Pedals?

Ok, I really know nothing about flowers...but I know I like Tulips and lilies. My question is..is it possible to get Tulip Pedals instead of rose pedals? I don't want to ask a florist and have them laugh at me. Anyone know??

Tulip Pedals?

It would probably be very pricey as tulips have only a few petals per flower vs. a rose which has many. I am sure you could get them if they are in season.
