What do you guys think about that? I haven't seen any photos (if you have any can you post them) - we originally were planning on hydrangeas and roses for our small CP's but i am leaning now towards hydrangeas peonies and tulips (ALL WHITE) .....TIA girls!

I looooove tulips - the only thing I was thinking about those is that I know that the few times I've gotten them they kind of flop over really fast - they don't stay up very straight. I'm sure your florist would be able to work it out though!

i have heard that they are able to put the straws around the stems (just like they do for gerber daisies) - i am just not sure how they would look... i know its the right season... i just also saw an amazing photo from platinum weddings on sunday with the tulips in them...

I want to get married in April just so I can have tulips too.
oh you girls are amazing.. i am emailing them all to my florist for our 3rd appt in 2 weeks... shes going to love these!! - oh and the way family has been acting lately - im sure i wont make my minimum - added more people from the A list to the FU list - so im probably going to make it an 'open invite' to the LIW girls to make it up
they are gorg! but dont forget, they are not a long lasting flower, so they will probably be wilted by the middle of the reception.

I think these are pretty and dramatic.. They have the roses and hydrangea that you want, as well as the tulips, only that the tulips are open in the pic, but you can tell your florist that you want them closed. I believe this cp is from John at FM.
I think they're gorgeous! I think they'd hold up for the reception.... they're not going to be touched or moved around a lot and its usually cool inside. It would be different if you wanted them for bouquets... then I wouldnt think they'd last.
I wish they were still in season in October!

My CP is peonies hydrandra and tulips and some other flowers .. The pics are in my profile....

this is my sample CP i am changing a couple of things. i wanted peonies in my CP but my florist said that they are iffy around the begining of April my favs are tulips, peonies and gerbers

the peonies might not be ready at the begining of April...i wanted them also and i was told that might not be possible (as an in season flower, anyway)

In my album there are some tulips centerpireces. I LOVE tulips, my FH sent themt o me the day we got engaged and I wanted to use them SO bad but couldn't. My florist was honest with me and said they wouldn't be the best quality and very pricey. SO enjoy them!!!
