Tulle circles and other DIY stuff!!!

Hey girls,
I was wondering if anyone has a web site where I can get tulle circles ( the greater the selection the better) and other things to make the jordan almond favors... my sister has just gotten engaged and Im in charge of making the jordan almond tulle favors. I have deleted all my wedding web sites from my computer from last year so Im starting from scratch!! LOL

Any help I would appreciate it!! Thanks!
