where is the best place to get tulle that is going to be used to wrap DIY favors? Also what kind of tulle and how much do you think would be sufficient?

you can get rolls of it at Michaels or Joanns for not that expensive if it helps

they sell it by the yard at joann's but most craft stores also sell the pre-cut tulle in circles which would be helpful if you were wrapping tiny things

i got a 4x25 bolt of tulle @ ac moore for $15 when i did my e-favors. i think it was on sale at the time; reg price might be $25.
