Any recommendations on how you cook them?

I know to sear them with crushed black pepper.

any other interesting recipes?

I marinate them in shallots/scallions/lemon and oregano.. yum yum yum and very moist..

I made them last night. I let them sit is a marinade of Wasabi Teriyaki sauce, black pepper and crushed garlic. It was pretty yummy!!!

I love tuna!

If you plan on cooking it rare (seared), make sure you get SUSHI-GRADE tuna!! Very important!!! Otherwise it may not be OK to eat it raw.

We put lemon pepper seasoning on... very yummy!!
