Re: Turkey Meatloaf

I make it the same way I make beef meatloaf,
I don't measure though, but here goes

1 green pepper
1 onion
can of mushrooms
salt & pepper
some ketchup
some mustard
1 egg
breadcrumbs

I mix all that up than shape into loaf - sometimes I put cheese in the middle of the loaf. I love that!

Re: Turkey Meatloaf

Okay .. I'm sure this is a little too late .. but here's my version: (And keep in mind .. I never measure anything out .. sorry)

put (approx) 1lb ground turkey in a large bowl
pour in a favorite white wine (maybe 1 cup)
pour in Italian dressing (maybe 1/2 cup)
let sit in the fridge for 15-30 minutes
add salt & pepper (optional)
add finely chopped onion (optional)
add finely chopped fresh mushrooms (optional)
add 3 handfuls of chicken Stove Top Stuffing (bread crumbs work too)
Form into loaf (or divide into mini loaves - which I prefer)
Place in glass dish
Generously coat loaf/loaves with Just 2 Good Honey Dijion Salad dressing
Sprinkle Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb over the top
Bake at 350 until done

Important - Do not drain the Turkey from the wine & Italian dressing .. just give it a little time to soak into the meat .. but it will still be fairly wet .. add everything else in .. mix everything together well .. but try not to work it too much with your hands. I use a big spoon to get it going .. then my hands to finish it off before forming the loaves.
