I was emailed by a big company in New Jersey saying they 'came across my resume and wanted to schedule an interview for next week.' I definitely do not want to take a job in New Jersey right now. How can I turn them down but say I will keep them in mind in the future if I would ever want to commute to Jersey. I don't want to burn any bridges.

Just say that - is it a headhunter or recruiting firm? There are tons and tons of pharma companies in NJ. Say thank you for contacting me but I am not looking to relocate (or travel that far!) at the moment, however I would appreciate you keeping my resume on file for the future. No harm done.
