tux accessories question...

i posted this originally in the mens warehouse post - but thought it may be best to start a new topic....


can you have a slightly different patterned tie & vest?
and - if your vests are black, while the ties are colored - could you have pocket squares to match the ties if youre also doing boutineers? or are you supposed to pick one or the other?

we had the best man wear a different tie and handkerchief than the rest so he would 'stand out'

and my dad wore a silver vest (to match my mom's gown) with a black bowtie and i think it looked great!

im in desperate need of matching ties/vests with pockets but i dont think im going to find them. i guess pockets are 'out of style'

you mean the actual vest has pockets on it? im not sure ive ever seen anything like that. our guys got their tuxes from Tuxedo Park and my dad got his from Victor Talbots.

yes - i need vests with pockets.
we bought our guys pocketwatches which we definitely want in pictures.

we really like victor talbots too - they're a bunch of characters there :) neither them or foresto's had colored pocket vests.
